10.68 g K2HPO4 (60 mmoles)
5.28 g KH2PO4 (40 mmoles)
81.8 g NaCl (1.4 moles)
Bring up volume to 1 liter, autoclave to sterilize
After diluting to 1x, adjust pH to 7.0 with 1 N NaOH
